Cost of Plan Per Member/Employee

OPTION ONE: Full and Comprehensive Coverage in a mandatory program wherein the employer makes the contribution directly to the fund:

$0.06 cents per hour or $10.25 per month (based on 173 hour work month)

OPTION TWO: Full and Comprehensive Coverage by a payroll deduction program with a minimum of 75% enrollment:

$0.10 cents per hour or $17.30 per month (based on 173 hour work month)

OPTION THREE: Simple Wills, consultation and document review at no cost. All other benefits at a 25% reduced fee:

$9.75 per month

Prices include administrative duties and responsibilities for delivery of legal services for all active members where they work and reside. The plan will deliver legal services on a nationwide scale when the member/employee is away from home or work.
